Cancellation Policy

We aim to get your items on their way to you as fast as we can. Once you place an order, it is instantly routed to our fulfillment center for handling. Because of this, after an order has been submitted we cannot add or remove products, switch the payment method, revise the shipping or billing address, or cancel the order.

Before you finalize your purchase, please double-check the product selection, size, quantity, payment details, and addresses to make sure everything is correct.

There are times when we need to set limits on quantities and block purchases made by bots or other automated tools. This helps give our fans and collectors a fair opportunity to buy exclusive and non-exclusive items, and we may apply such restrictions for other reasons as well.

Limits may apply per order, per individual or household, or to orders that share the same credit card, billing address, shipping address, or any other order characteristic.

If an order is found to go beyond the limit set for a product, or is suspected of being placed by bots or automated means, it may be canceled after it has been submitted. When an order is canceled, a temporary charge may show up on your statement; that charge will be reversed within three to seven business days, though the exact timing can differ depending on your financial institution.

Anyone who uses several email addresses, alters shipping addresses, places numerous or excessive orders for the same product, attempts to get around our product limits, or automates purchases in any other manner may have all orders canceled and may be barred from buying from us in the future.

We also reserve the right to restrict, limit, cancel, or change orders and the purchase and return terms that apply to bulk purchases. A bulk purchase means a purchase made for resale or a purchase of more than six units of the same item.

Promotions and promotional coupon codes may not apply to bulk purchases. An additional shipping surcharge may also be added to bulk purchases.
